We ensure that contract renewals and rental adjustments are completed correctly and timely in compliance with HUD regulations. The goal is to ensure Section 8 project owners have funds to operate and affordable housing options remain available for those who qualify.

How we work with Owners and Owner Agents...

We verify correctness and reasonableness of owner budgets and other types of rent increase requests.  We ensure that HUD directives are followed and project owners receive the support they need.  Communication and understanding are among our core missions; we are always open to share information and answer owner questions.  We strive for smooth, accurate and timely processing of all owner requests.

How we work with HUD...

We work closely with HUD to ensure contractual documents are updated and completed with accuracy for all properties within our portfolios.  By sharing information with each other we ensure quality and timely processing.  At a minimum, HUD monitors our performance monthly, quarterly, and annually.
